Summary
Upgrade PCEToken and the PCECommunityToken beacon on Polygon to v18. This is a security maintenance release with no associated PIP.
This proposal:
- restores correct sender resolution for
PCEToken native meta-transactions and initializes the native meta-transaction EIP-712 domain of the proxy in the same call as the upgrade;
- rounds positive community-token relayer fees up when converting them to raw token amounts, so that the tokens burned always cover the configured fee (ordinary transfer rounding is unchanged, zero configured fees stay free);
- applies the same fee rounding to voucher claims.
On-chain effect
This proposal executes one Ethereum-side action:
GovernanceSender(0xA197c53c9658C21d4246De66f38012536028B2FB).sendCrossChainGovernance(...)
The forwarded Polygon Timelock batch executes, in order:
PCEToken(0xA4807a8C34353A5EA51aF073175950Cb6248dA7E).upgradeToAndCall(0x7b5842346630e0E726075827E3599E7930226Ba0, initializeNativeMetaTransaction()).
PCECommunityToken beacon(0x6A73A610707C113F34D8B82498b6868e5f7FAA74).upgradeTo(0x5A318157D975FA79Aa6670A34a99842A2b59f870).
Verification
Contract versions

Notes
No balances, token settings, or storage layout are migrated by this proposal. Existing function signatures are kept; displayFeeToRawBalance is added as a view function. The GovernanceReceiver source change included in the same core release is not deployed by this proposal.
